Zookie came into my life really unexpected. After I went a little bit back to normal I thought about taking a Charlie-nephew in autumn and was happy with the idea. But a little bit of me couldn't stand the plan to just get another Sheltie. So I checked for Bravas litter - a Pyrshep from Poland. A litter I heard of a long time ago, as a friend wanted a puppy actually, and kept it in my mind.

At World Champs 2012 it happened that Charlie and I were running after Olga and Brava and I remember I told my trainer "I want a puppy from this dog but it's too early for a second dog" while waiting for our last run. So it somehow felt right for me to get a puppy of Brava - or at least better.

At this time I thought I would never ever get a puppy from Brava but it turned out destiny had other plans. So it happened we went to pick up a little black devil called Bazooka - short Zookie.

I talked with so many pyrshep people and got so many tips from her breeder, so I  thought I was prepared for a Pyrshep puppy - I was wrong!
I never got to know such a fast, funny and lively puppy. Of course she was  coming everywhere with me - and as I remember there was nothing she was scared of. I'm really thankful to Olga and Roman, they did all the best to make the puppies fearless and friendly.

Now - as the puppy is grown up - she is still scared of nothing (except people with a baby in a backpack LOL - nothing could convince her that this is a human). She is living the life of a city dog with trams, trains, busses etc. included, so yes, pyrsheps can also survive in a not-pyrenees-environment :D at least mine! She is really a soft dog, i cant remember if i ever had to talk louder with her - maybe when she tried to steal something.

She has a never-ending will to run. She just doesn't get tired of just running over fields or through woods. It's not like she's running away or chasing something, she really only runs for running. Sometimes it feels a bit like she's a loaded gun - ready to explode. But I guess Nomen est Omen , my little Bazooka :)
